Im having back aches from my sholders to my tailbone. Anyone know what might cause it or how to get rid of it. 32 wks.
You could try a heating pad on low.
General back ache happens at this stage. I am.31 weeks and have.pelvic girdle. I get pain all up my back.from my pelvis. Laying down helps or hot bath or back rub.
