back and front midsection pain?

So my night sucked. I was in a dead-sleep, and was suddenly woken up by this mid back to front mid section, numbing pain and good Lord, I laid there and cried! I'm only 15 weeks, haven't even felt the baby move yet, but Smalls is only the size of an apple this week, so I know it isn't because I have a foot in my rib - my uterus hasn't moved upward enough yet, not by a long shot. Wondering if it's a strange stretching associated with pregnancy or just like a freak thing. Regardless, think I'm calling my OBGYN because aside from that, I've been getting almost daily headaches, and of course Tylenol has absolutely no effect on me whatsoever, so I feel like I've hit a proverbial wall already. I'd really been hoping for a nice, easy pregnancy but instead this has felt like a pregnancy from hell with all of the wretched morning sickness, back pain, hot flashes, you name it.

I guess this turned more into a venting post, so I apologize. But I'm seriously rethinking if I wanna put myself through this again for Baby #2 in the future.

Tylenol has never had an effect on me, even before I became pregnant. I always ended up having to taking pain relievers with ibuprofen in them for them to have an effect. :/ But that is a concern and driving reason that I'm calling my doctor, because my feet have also started swelling up as well, and I've read that doesn't usually start a little later in pregnancy. *sigh*

Not to freak you out, but headaches that can't be controlled by Tylenol can be a sign of pre-eclampsia. I'm glad you're calling your doctor! Hope. It turns out okay!

I get stretching pain usually in my lower abdomen and hips. I also thought that I could have possibly been because I'd moved a weird way that my body didn't like, but when I woke up I'd been flat on my back. So idk how I was laying previously to tell - at least my BF woke up and I got a back rub out of it to help, but still. And, heh, nah, I don't foresee being eager to get pregnant after being miserable in this one. I keep telling people who ask how long that we'll wait before Baby #2 that it depends how long it takes me to forget the discomfort and misery that came with this one lol

It could just be round ligament pain, when everything is stretching or maybe you moved a certain way while sleeping and it caused it. I get stretching pains all the time , it's normal. With it being your first I think you feel everything a lot more since it's the first time everything has been stretched out. My second pregnancy was easy , aside from morning sickness and a little heartburn. My first I was done with by the time I was 20 weeks lol I'm 21 weeks with my 3rd boy and I've noticed a bit more stretching pain and I hate rolling over when I'm in sleeping , so every time I roll it's like a 10 minute process to get situated lol most women miss being pregnant after they have their baby , I missed it after my second which is how I ended up pregnant after he turned a year old.
