blood sugar

So I had an episode last week that I almost passed out. Well I found out the next day my blood pressure was high. It has been fine since. But this morning I got really lightheaded and a headache all of a sudden(which I know is normal in pregnancy) but I checked my blood pressure again to see if that was it, and it was perfect. So I checked my blood sugar and it was 79, I had just had a fruit smoothie. The medical assistant at work told me it was low, and then another told me it was slightly low. My question is does anyone know what it should be? I go to the Dr tomorrow so I will ask him, but I'm just curious.

Dont quote me on this but im pretty sure that before meals it should be between 90-130. After meals it should be less than 180. At bedtime between 90-150. Hope that helped a lil. Take care:)

After meals 120 some drs say the hr others say after 2 hrs.
(My Dr in beginning had it after two hours then saw a specialist and they want it after the hr at 120) so just ask your doctor what they prefer on timing after meals

Fasting in the am is under 90
After meals under 120
No lower than 65 at all times that's the lowest.
