Is there anything I can do about my nipples and breast hurting. Im about 4wks and I cant sleep they hurt so bad.Any suggestions on what I can do?
I agree. A sports bra is awesome. It didn't stop them from hurting completely. But it is definitely a big relief!
Try sleeping in a sports bra. Mine always felt better if I kept them supported. A cold wash cloth felt good to me too.
