breastfeeding

Hi im due in September with my 6th bub but with all my babies I have only been able to breastfeed for a month max as I can't produce much milk... just wondering if anyone can help out with ideasto help produce more milk before and after bub ... thanks

Yes look for lactation cookies on Google. There is a few ingredients in them that help with increasing milk production like oatmeal flax seed brewers yeast .. I'm sure there are different recipes tho so find one that looks yummy too you. You can always add stiff like peanut butter to make them have more flavor. Some say drink a beer before nursing because of the brewers yeast in it produces milk.. Drink tons of water and also milk helps with milk production. I honestly would talk to lactation consultant and ask them for more suggestions as they have lots of tricks up their sleeves. If you are in the states maybe see if you can talk to one from Wic our ask your Dr for some names of some or the hospital will have names of consultants as well. And nurse on demand. Nurse often as that is supposed to make your body produce more because it thinks it needs to make more. Unfortunately I don't think there is anything you can do before hand tho. Hope that gives some ideas.

Try drinkin  fenugreek tea or tablets.  They sell them in wholefoods or any organic food place good luck. But ask your doctor first.
