ALWAYS take on a full stomach. My stomach gets so upset after taking a vitamin that it feels I'm about throw up uncontrollably. Im a breakfast eater, so I take mine a few mins after I eat bfast and never had stomach pains since.

O take the NatureMade prenatal with DHA. They are geltabs and seem to be easier on my stomach. I can't take mine in the morning or it makes me sick. I wait and take mine with lunch with food. Maybe also talk to your Dr. You may just need to try a folic acid supplement instead of a multi. Hope it all works out for you!
