cold/flu

Has anyone else suffered with random colds/flus? Im 16 weeks and woke up this morning feeling horrible, sore throat, congestion, headache etc. It has come out of nowhere but is the worst cold I have had in years I feel shocking.  Hopefully it will leave as quickly as it came! Any suggestions for safe treatment etc?

I was terribly sick 3 times in my first 15 weeks. And they lasted days and days and days. I was told to take nothing, no meds whatsoever. Some books I've read even said no herbal tea.

I used vicks, and herbal tea unfortunatly there isn't much you can take when you are expecting. You could always call you doctor and ask ive heard there are some over the counter things you can take like thara-flu but my doctor told me to avoid it if possible so i just suffered till i was better.

I just got over one.  My ob told me to go to the pharmacy and pick up Tylenol cold / flu.  And cough drops.
