I am 8 weeks prego. I got this terrible cold with runny nose, headache, and  sore throat. I have no energy at all. I know it can be dangerous to use meds. Does somebody knows what can I do to get better? Please help! Thank you

Try Tylenol, it helps with fever and pain.  For soar throat try cepacol. They are lozenge sweet tablets that help sooth your throat. Also natural remedies.  I downloaded a app called natural remedies and it helps a lot

I am also 8 weeks and saw my doctor Friday. He gave me a list of "medications in pregnancy". For colds it lists: sudafed, actifed, zyrtec, Tylenol cold, vitamin c, chlortrimaton, and increasing fluids... For cough: plain robitussin & cough drops... Benadryl is on the list under insomnia or itching... If you're Leary about any of these (as the list surprised me as well) I would reccomend checking with your doctor. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!!

It's very important to ask your pharmacist who would be happy to advise but don't take benadryl without checking I know it wouldn't be recommended in Europe where I come tylenol is fine but still check at pharmacy. Try a lemon and sugar drink for the throat and stay nice and warm in bed

You can take Tylenol and benadryl for sure. I know in 2nd trimester you can take Tylenol cold but not sure about 1st. That should help a little. Being sick while prego *****÷
