constipation

Has any had constipation during the first trimester??? Help tjis never happened to my third pregnancy.

Fiber one protien bars.i eat. One. Every mornng and have a BM each day without a problem. Im 36 weeks and still feel great. Staying regular really helps.

I just put miralax in my yogurt in the morning and it helped me go a couple hours later.

I personally like the sunsweet prunes. They're all natural and taste good!

Take miralax whenever you want to. It doesn't really force a bm it just makes it easier. Takes 6-12 hours to kind of kick in. Sometimes have to take it a couple days in a row to work.  ... Add lots of fresh fruits and veggies to diet and drink pleeeenty of water. Activists also is great every day. And moving a lot (walk a lot.)

I did in my first to second trimester, and I drank lots of water and prune juice.. It really helped a lot..

If taking miralax when is it the best time to take it?? Morning or night? I also suffer from this and I'm in my second trimester and go every other day, sometimes every 2 days!!

Also,  try adding sweet potato and kiwi they are high in fiber,...stool softeners help too
