My ob has me take Colace( stool softner) 2 to 3 times a day. That really helped me. Plus lots of Gatorade and water through out the day. Hope you get some relief soon.

Prune juice made me puke, maybe you will have better luck!  There are two things I do...heating pad on my back!  I swear it was in accident!  My back hurt so bsd and didnt know why....I was constipated!  The heating pad help relax everything.  Anothrr thing is yogurt or cottage cheese at least once a day.  The probiitics help your whole digestive tract.  If all else fails, coffee or mcdonalds!

Loads of water.... one bottle can make that difference to pass a soft stool or to not pass any @ all! Some days I'd drink four bottles & still couldnt go but once I started on the fifth bottle it'd just suddenly hit me & I had to go.... also, eat lemons! Lemons are a miracle worker with constipation,  just be careful not to go too crazy with them bc of the enamel on your teeth!
