Its called spd which is when your pelvic bones rub together and pressure shoots up you instead of downwards. Im experiencing this atm in my pregnancy and you can take paracetamol for the pain its not a concern but is very painful hope this helps you

I had SPD that started in my second trimester with my first baby. It was pain right above my vagina. It hurt when I was lying down on my side, when I stood up to walk especially in the a.m., standing after sitting for a long time, or when sitting on the toilet. It happens when your hormones work too well too soon and loosen your tendons that hold your pelvis together in the front, just above your vagina. Could be what you're feeling.

If it burns when you pee it could be a UTI they're common in pregnancy and can hurt even when not peeing.

It doesn't burn. There is no bleeding or discharge..but it pains a lot as if something is swollen inside.
