contractions.. tightening of chest.. shortness of breath

So I'm 30 wks and 4d .. I've been experiencing contractions off and on since about 22wks ... But now they are getting stronger and when I have them, I feel like I'm having a heart attack. My chest gets really tight and heavy and I can barely breathe. I was at the doc on Wednesday and forgot to ask because she told me that I will be having a c section on June 16th because my uterus is measuring at 32wks and she's worried that may baby may rupture my previous c section scar.. I'm having a really hard pregnancy cuz I'm in constant pain and really just don't know what to do anymore :/ please, any advice would help....

I thought I was the only one...they make me feel the exact same way. I've been having Braxton hicks since week 20, but they just started to make me uncomfortable the last few days...I'm 31 weeks now. My chest gets so tight!

I would call your doctor to inform them. They might say its nothing to worry about. I have started having more painful contractions to just not close or consistent. Just let them know! Good luck. Oh im 33 weeks.

I had contractions that made me feel very uncomfortable bear my chest at the very top of my uterus. I started making sure i drank at least ,64oz of water a day and resting more frequently. Haven't had any in about a week. My doc said unless I had more than 6 an hour for more than 1 hour to just drink water and lay down and they should go away.
