coughing hurts?

I am 12wks and have had a tickle in my throat thanks to Springs arrival. but every time I cough it really hurts in my lower belly. the pain only lasts a few seconds but can be mild or slightly painful. anyone else have this issue??

That's happening to me too cause I just got out of a cold, and I'm scare because last year the same thing happened to me and in one cough my water broke and my son died cause I was just 17 weeks, so now I'm taking robitussin to see if it helps

It's probably round ligament pain. I had that through my entire pregnancy. Very sharp pain that feels to be about where the ovaries are. If that's what it is, it's just them stretching out, but coughing, sneezing, and sometimes just certain movements are painful.

Ohh i had the same pain. Eveey sneeze every cough since i was about 7 weeks. Try to relax hun and dont hold your cough. Gd luck! My ob told me its bormal to get those pains

That completely *****! Have you tried Sudafed? Maybe that'll help lessen the cough.
