I'm the same way, I only have about 4 1/2 weeks left and I can literally cry over anything. I'm having my 3rd c-section so I'm nervous, my mil & brother in law are coming out 2 days before I deliver so we have to be ready for them, I have two other kids already (5&2) and I'm just stressed. But well be okay! It's okay to cry!!

This is good time to find things or ways to cheer yourself up. Or feed into the emotions and have a good cry, that can make you feel better afterwords. To feel less depressed look up cute pictures of animals, watch something that makes you laugh, play with a pet, cuddle with a pet or partner. Get those dopamine or serotonin levels up, and unfortunately sometimes it takes work.I get depressed so easily and I suffer from depression, I understand to if none of what I've mentioned sounds appealing, cause when your down sometimes you just want to sulk or cry especially with the hormones going crazy to. Your baby will be ok, just tell yourself if you have to that you will be ok. Cause you will. ;) good luck to you<3

Just take a deep breath, baby will be fine.  I have 7 1/2 weeks left, and I've broken down in tears 3 times today.  The end of pregnancy is rough!  Just relax and do something to keep your mind off it!
