depression

I am 30weeks with my third child, I am a full time mom and employee, my husband is only home on the weekends due to his job taking him out of town to work. I don't ever feel as if I really get a break from anything, and I'm starting to think I'm becoming depressed. Which is not something I am okay with....I'm wondering if I should talk to my ob about this or go see my regular doctor. I didn't have depression with my other children.

Definitely go and talk to a health professional, if your regular doctor is more locally based they could point you on the right direction for support groups and also they can keep an eye on you after baby is born too.

Either can help. I had a rough patch but I was lucky. I exercised my way through it.
