I had diarrhea for the first trimester too. I drink plenty of fluids and eat more snacks. I never puke...but always feel nausea like. Snacks and fluids have made this 12 weeks not so bad. I started yoga and short walks. Baby girl looks amazing in her first ultrasound. Yeap! Its a girl!

Perfectly normal. I've never thrown up but have diarrhea all the time. 14 weeks now. It's annoying but common.

My stomach would always get really upset first thing in the morning. Before I knew I was pregnant with my daughter, I was drinking coffee in the mornings. As soon as I started drinking it, my stomach would tie in knots. Thats how I knew I was pregnant with my son. The same thing happened. Constipation happens because your body slows down "the process" so your baby can get plenty of nutrients. I think you are fine. The first trimester is usually the worst, so hang in there.
