discharge odor

I know discharge is typical during pregnancy,  but I'm really struggling with the odor. I change my liner several times a day, use feminine wipes, and drink a ton of water. Nothing is helping! Do any of you have other methods that are helpful?  This wasn't an issue before I became pregnany, and I'm extremely self conscious about it.

It doesn't smell pike a yeast infection,  but I guess I don't know what a bacterial infection would look or smell like. I will check it out at my appointment next week. Thanks girls.

I say its either bacterial vaginosis or yeast infection. Go see doc ;)

Your urine color wouldn't change unless you had a UTI- which is completely different than a bacterial infection. Could be a yeast infection too :/
I'd call your doc and just get a quick check. Increased discharge is normal but you shouldn't have an overwhelming smell accompanying it. I'd get it checked just to be sure!

It could just be your nose is super sensative right now as well. When you go to doctor have them swab you to check. During pregnancy we are more prone to infections even if you've never had one before all the changes in your body can cause one. Better to be safe then to assume. :)

I'm 18 weeks 5 days. It's just pungent, but I've had a bacterial infection in the past and it doesn't look or smell like it. My urine is practically clear, and i don't have any other symptoms of an infection.

Might be a sign of a bacterial infection.  I'd let your dr know so they can give you an antibiotic.
