I'm right with you. I'm almost constantly dizzy which increases nausea unfortunately. My doc said its lower blood pressure (just had it measured) which is because hormones widen blood vessels to allow better blood flow.

It can also be iron that's low. Or just the pregnancy hormones. Or low blood sugar. Doc said if your Caucasian you're more likely to be faint/dizzy. I did get very very close to fainting on Sunday.

Her suggestion was to move legs around when standing because blood pools there and to try and sit down intermittently for a few minutes at least. Which with my job is sometimes easy and sometimes hard.

But I'm right there with you on this dizzy thing.

I don't know if it is too early, but dizziness is definitely a normal symptom. My doc warned me not to get up too fast cause you could get very dizzy and pass out. Its something about having more blood in your body I think. If it stays awhile though, it can't hurt to call and ask.

Could be morning sickness causing nausea... maybe low blood sugar or change in blood pressure causing dizziness?? Back a few months ago I woke up in the night with severe dizziness and vomiting everywhere for several hours straight but it was due to something I ate...
