Make sure you're hydrated enough! Also try eating little snacks and getting up slowly. Your body is going through a lot of changes remember! I went through this earlier on in my pregnancy too (around the same time, until about 16 weeks). Now I couldn't get up quickly if I wanted to! Lol!

I get dizzy to but usually just went I am taking a hot shower or am somewhere else hot or stand to fast. My doctor says the heat expands the veins in the legs and blood pools down there more. She said to drink lots of water, eat something and rest for a few minutes with legs up if needed.

I had that right up till my 15th week. I still have it now and again (19 weeks now) but much less. Getting up slowly, eating a little something if i can't rest or sit down both helped. Otherwise i did not find anything that helped them go away completly. They just went away on their own after a while.

I had the same problem (I'm  now 25 weeks), I read it has to do with the increased amount of blood your body starts to store to help baby grow.  This is my first pregnancy so I'm no expert lol but I found getting up slowly and eating smaller frequent snacks /meals throughout the day helped.  Hopefully it'll eventually go away for you like it did for me.  :-)
