everything smells I mean everything!!!!!!!!

Im so miserable in my house im 7weeks almost 8 im so miserable with the smellls making me sick  I wear a hospital face mask around the house to help keep the smells out but it doesnt always help. Im so hopeless I dont know what to do to help with the bad smells I cant even do dishes cuz the dish soap an smell of dishes make me throw up, I barly cook to cuz the food smells linger. Help help help I dont know what to do, im miserable.

Don't feel bad I am the same way. Ive been sticking to cereal eggs and macaroni.  I had to give away my perfume and deodorant n get something that was more tolerable.  I used to use caress body soap now I use irish spring its the only soap I can tolerate same goes for shampoo. I had to stop using salon shampoo and switch to a lighter scent.  My bf cologne was too strong and madr me sick. Even air fresheners make me sick and scented detergent I couldn't stand the smell of it and hsd to switch and stop using softener.  Dont feel bad just know you are not alone.

I was you a couple of weeks ago I couldn't do dishes, cook for my family or nothing for the first three months of my pregnancy ugh it was horrible n I would throw up if I did hopefully urs over soon cause my lasted for the first three months glad its all over with I'm currently 18+6 weeks

Im 28 weeks today and I walk around with a dryer sheet lol, the smell of our dogs food and our dog, even if he just had a bath, makes me sooo sick and the products we have to clean do too, now when we buy them i have to smell them first to see which ones i will be able to stand lol.  And its been going on since i was 12 weeks

That's happening to me too and even my husband smells, specially when he comes from work

I had this too everything made me wanna puke... At about 12 weeks it eased up and then stopped for me!

That was me to when I was that early in pregnancy, it will go away in a couple weeks or more. I could stand anything at all

O ok, I open the windows everymorning an I been sleeping with the open, my man uses caress bar soap an our whole bathroom stinks like caress allday ugh. Wen does this phase go away,

Open windows and air your place out. I cooked lightly seasoned foods amd kept windoes open the cold air helped a lot for me
