flouride in water? damage to fetus?

Hi I'm 31 weeks 5 days and I have this concern about flouride. All I've done was research on the best possible fetal care and this one just slipped right under my nose. I've been drinking filtered refrigerated water and "purified bottled" water thinking this was safe..well unfortunately this flouride is not filtered out of either one. I was at the doctor a couple weeks ago and I was told that I had minor iron deficient anemia. This whole time I've been blaming it on the milk I was drinking but now I highly suspect it's from the flouride in water with is one of many causes of anemia in pregnancy. Flouride is dangerous to a pregnant mother and fetus it is a poison that is purposely put in water. I am so afraid. I'm seeing my doctor next week and I will demand an ultrasound to see how my little ones overall health is progressing. I believe this is a serious concern. Any and all advice is appreciated I'm so worried I'm driving myself crazy. Thank you for reading!

The post above is somewhat right. You do need flouride for your teeth but drinking it does no good except to poison people.  Flouride in toothpaste does the job just fine!  Anyway, arrowhead and nestle does filter the flouride out as much as they can so try drinking that brand.  Smart water and fiji are some that still have flouride in them.  I completely understand your concern.

Some flouride is good. Your teeth need it to be healthy. Your baby is perfectly fine. There are millions of women that have drank bottled water and babies are fine. Im one of them... im pregnant with number 4. There is always going to be something out there that will "hurt "you, cause cancer, diseases, and whatever else.  The stress you are causing can and will cause more harm to your baby than a bit of fluoride. Just remember to take it easy and stop worrying.  :)
