food poisoning during pregnancy help!

So yesterday I ate some chicken nuggets and soon after started burping like a rotten egg smell (sorry tmi) and a couple of hours later started feeling extremely weak and nauseous and couldn't stop throwing up. Later on at night I got really bad diarrhea and it has not stopped yet! I'm very worried about my babies. I'm 14 weeks pregnant with twins and don't know if I should go see my doctor or try to wait it out and see if I get better . Please help!

O doubt its food poisoning. Probably just didn't agree...normally food poisoning takes 12 to 24 hours to occur after eating something. Water water water.... I had the flu at 29 weeks and ooo the misery

I had campylobacter at 20 weeks preg with my 3rd. It was he'll. I felt like I was dying. I was peeing out of my bum with blood severe ab pains due to the poops having me contract vomiting etc. Thing is it didn't stop. It went on for about a week and I was admitted.

As long as you keep hydrated you should be OK. Try eating yogurt and banana. Banana will help firm things up and the probiotics in the yogurt (activia is a good choice) can help heal your gut faster. But any time you're really worried you should go in. Better to be safe than sorry.
