foods for breastfeeding!!

This is my second baby, but they are 7 years apart so it's basically brand new to me and rules have changed SO MUCH it seems since the last pregnancy. I would just like to know if there were any foods fellow mommys to be were advised to stay away from during breastfeeding, or any foods they were advised to take to help the whole process! All comments are greatly appreciated! Hope you are doing well with your babies in the bellies.

I don't believe so!  Some cheeses I always had a problem with because it gave baby gas.  They worry about sushi for parasite infections.  That won't affect milk

Oat meal is supposed to help with supply. Also watch out for tomatoe sauces because they're acidic. Never bothered my baby but bothers some

I am with you my daughter is 5 so there is going to quite an age gap once he gets here. I just remember them saying if it makes you gassy it will make baby gassy. I think minimal spicy food is one of the big ones but I don't remember anything else. Good luck
