I'm right there with you, I'll be 7 months in 2 days and am wondering if I'm gaining too much. I've come to terms that...oh well! :) I'll deal with it after my son is here. The doctor hasn't said anything about it and I'm more aware of what I'm eating. I know it's hard to not worry about it, but please do try. As long as you and your baby are healthy and happy then that's all that should matter. From what I'm hearing, if you plan on breastfeeding, the weight will come off quickly! Like it was already stated, just eat healthier foods (granola bars and water along with fruits are my go to snacks). Good luck and best wishes!

Nothing but wait to give birth, I asked my doctor this the last visit and he said losing weight isnt healthy right now its better to just wait until you have the baby

Unless your doctor has told you to watch your weight its not healthy to stop gaining. Your baby is going to gain the most weight in the last trimester plus fluid and placenta. Its normal to gain weight. Just eat healthy foods and drink lots of water and not sugary drinks
