Hi I'm 7weeks and I don't know if its normal but I'm really bloated it look like I'm 5 months really gassy its sometimes painful can I drink gas-ex? ?

I am currently 7 weeks and also experience terrible gases. I had to have my husband message my lower back to help. It has been working , I hope that information can help.

Idk about gas x , but it's normal to have gas and to be bloated

Try ginger ale or sparking water

I was so bloated throughout my whole 3 or 4 months of pregnancy. .and yes gas comes with the territory.

I'm not sure about gas-ex but I felt like that too and laying on my left side (weird I know believe it or not) helped relieve some! Lol
