gestational diabetes?
OK so I'm 30 weeks and 4 days I got my glucose test 4 weeks ago everything was fine but today I felt weak and dizzy and shaky so I'm like that's weird never felt that and I had just eaten 2 hours ago... so I went to my neighbors who has had gestational diabetes to check my sugar and it was 172 I know that's not normal but could I be developing it now and not 4 weeks ago I don't get it.. Has this happen to anyone?
I have gestational diabetes and my blood level only goes up when I ate something wrong. I just have to monitor myself and take notes on what I ate that caused it. If it's over 200 that's to high but you should be ok.

Its possible. Im high risk and passed my early gloucola test at 19 & 24weeks but just failed and im 29w. It could be something you ate but check again after your next meal and try to watch what you eat! Im sure everything is ok !

Also, you could be coming down with something. An infection (either viral or bacterial) can raise your blood sugar too.
Certainly a possibility. How long before you checked it did you eat? Wouldn't hurt to update your doc.
