sadly its mostly hormonal from what I've understood.but im a massage therapist and have had success treating pregnant women and reducing headaches and now being pregnant myself i definitely get treatment myself. chiropractic can help as well as acupuncture with an experienced tcm. also the answer for almost everything is stay hydrated. i try to get at least 3 liters of water in me a day. hope that helps.
me ): I'm 14+4 and still getting them like every other day. my doctor told me there isn't much to do besides taking 2 Tylenol and laying down in a cool dark room. my husband actually had to put me to bed last night at 7 because the lights and sounds were really affecting me badly... I slept until 7 am this morning only getting up to pee. my doctor said the further into the 2nd trimester we get the more they will ease up hopefully. good luck!
