healthy snack ideas?

I just found out I'm preeclamptic. So no refined sugars, sodium, pretty much anything I crave lol. Any ideas for healthy snacks that don't involved processed or prepackaged food?

Thanks for the advice ladies! :) my biggest struggle has been eating out. I only feel completely safe ordering a salad, and it gets soooo boring. I love the peanut butter smoothy idea but worry about the sodium it might have..

I had pre eclampsia with my first. I just had to watch my sodium and refined sugar intake. I read if you take Tylenol daily it helps prevent it getting worse or getting it at all so I have tried that with the okay from my doctor and so far its helped. I'm 34 weeks. Just sick to fresh fruits and veggies and come cooked meals that are not out of a box as those are typically high in sodium!

Avocado, plain yogurt, pop corn (popped yourself from seed) lettuce wraps. I love a big piece of romaine lettuce with (out of the deli) oven roasted turkey, cheese, and sliced tomato with olive oil and vinegar all rolled up. I make like 3 in the morning abd bring to work. Mmm I want one right now lol.

A healthy snack could be peanut butter with banana yumm. Or mix in a blender some milk, banana coins, and peanut butter then blended together. That will be like a creamy healthy ice cream. I love it.

It is awweeesome on scrambled eggs. I eat that a lot for breakfast. Sometimes with a few slices of avocado on the side. Fruit or veggies can seem boring but if you actually buy some and chop them and mix them up... They are so much tastier when you eat them than when you think about eating them. Very satisfying.

Mixed fruits, vegetables, berries, nuts, cheese, boiled eggs, plain yogurt. Nut butters. Homemade salsa. Hummus as a dip or spread on whole wheat or low carb breads or crackers. Chicken salad or egg salad. Meat wrapped in lettuce.
