heartburn
I am ftm @ 15wks 3 days with twins. I have severe heartburn. Anything I eat or drink causes heartburn. I haven't ate since 6pm this evening and its now 1152 pm and my heartburn will not let me go to sleep. Do any of you suffer from this and what is recommended.
I eat tums! I get alot of heartburn too even with small portions of food. After eating i normally go for a short 5-10min walk to help food digest. Dont lie down till after an hr eatting! Yes a glass of milk helps too
Tumms they are OK and they have calcium
Milk I just chug it from the jug!
Ask ur doc there is a prescription now for it I use it and it's one pill once a day and bam it's gone!
