Only thing that has helped me is a few sips of sprite because of the carbonation

google apple cidar vinegar for heartburn...it is wonderful! it has to be raw like Braggs...it will look poss. cloudy on the bottom but that is good. I can not take it straight so I use s small glass, about an ounce or two of the cider vin. and a spoon of honey and stir it up...I also wsrm up some water and make a 'tea' with it but it cant be hot...or you will kill the good stuff in both the honey and cider;) ig seriously works quicker than tums our other meds whether prego or not;) good luck

Tums, milk, not laying flat. Also try to avoid eating for a least two hours before you go to bed ( I know it blows) if nothing helps I'd ask your Dr for a RX... They have safe meds for heartburn and don't worry your not alone... Also avoid carbonated, caffeinated acidic things
