9 weeks pregnant and I think I have the flu. I called my midwife but no call back. I am started to have stomach cramps. I have been throwing up and diahrea all morning. I am so weak. Trying to sip water and juice. Should I go in to the doctor or just wait it out. No bleeding but I have never felt so bad.

Sounds like you have a stomach bug.   I had it a few weeks ago.   It was awful.   Try to drink fluids when you can.   A cold sprite really helped me.

It was 101. But it dropped. I am just concerned about dehydration. But she finally called back and as long as I'm sipping water I should be okay:) just ***** being so sick with a toddler running around being a handful. He has this a couple days ago but with a higher fever and it went away quickly. Hopefully I'm as lucky

The "flu" is a respiratory virus. If you are having vomiting and diarrhea, it is most likely a stomach bug, or gastroenteritis.  The biggest worry is dehydration. Try to stay hydrated, drink lots of fluid and get lots of rest. If you are unable to keep anything down, they may have you be seen for I'VE fluids. I'm in WI too so I hear you on the snow storm! Avoid heavy foods, stick to clear liquids like broth and bland foods like toast or rice. And plenty of water!!! Good luck :)

What makes you think you have the flu? JW. Fever is typically much higher with the flu-that's what helps distinguishes it from the average cold.

I Had The Flu With Both Of My Pregnancies And Went To The Emergency Room And Got Fluids In An I'V And I Was Hurting So Bad With My First That They Had To Give Me Morphine But I Was Further Along Then U. I Would Say Keep CallIng The Doctor And See What They Say. They Will Tell U If U Need To go And Get An I'v And Also Try Eating Some Graham Crackers Or Saltine Crackers And U May Have Better Luck Keeping Them Down.

Its only 99. So not super high. We just had a huge snowstorm here in Wisconsin. So I don't even know if I'll make it out of my driveway! Such horrible timing

Go to the doctor now, get tested for the flu so if you're positive, they can get you started on Tamiflu.I ended up in the hospital pregnant abd with the flu, it's no joke. What's your temp?
