I've Maestra suffered with depression. Ever since I was  around 10. The main thing is to talk to someone about it, and seek medical help. They won't give you medication, but may offer counselling. And hopefully by the time little one is here you'll feel better. It's hard being a single parent I know I did it. But you can do this. It's hard but you get into a routine. Your a strong woman. You got this. :) xx

Nooo you are not bad at all! That's how I was, but now when I look at the sonogram that's what makes me have good days! You just know how your life will change and never be the same, and it will be hard but you'll be fine, it took my 12 weeks to get excited!

I'm feeling the same way! I'm 8 weeks but can't get past the feeling of shock. For me this was completely unplanned. My bf is happy and wanting to come to the appointments and already has the ultrasound in his wallet. But I can't bring myself to look at the ultrasound. Am u a horrible person or what?

Pre-partum depression is a real condition. Please talk to your doctor if you have more bad days than good.
