Anyone else planning to bind there hips after delivery? I did my stomach last time but I think I am going to do both this time. Any advice or which type works best would be greatly appreciated.

Tattoo mommy is right..I use belly bandit for my stomach and it really works! I also used the bra one but I don't bf. I never did my hips..but from the research I have done so far it looks like you do it for 8weeks after delivery and as the relaxing hormone slows and stops..your hips will shrink back down from the binding. I needed 2 belly bandits because it worked so fast that I needed a smaller one. And I have c sections and I liked it for the extra support too. I am definitely doing it again.looks like I will be bound from my neck down..lol.

Shrinkx compression belt is another one I've been looking at. Its a corset for your hips.

Binding your hip is there same as binding your tummy to get it back the way it was before baby. I've never did my hips so I will this time since it looks like I've adopted a hippos butt.. its a band you slip on that fits from top of your hips down to them bottom of your butt. They also have one that does both tummy and hips at them same time. Kinda cool.
