I was told to take zantec also. After a few weeks it totally stopped working for me so the dr then prescribed prilosec. That has worked so much better than the zantec for me.

The extra blood could be causing the headaches. Are you keeping an eye on your blood pressure?
Ranitidine helps me with indigestion. Where i live,  midwives can prescribe this.

Dr prescribed me some meds for the heartburn might want to ask yours and the only thing that helps my migraines in an ice pack on top of head and in back of neck and laying in a white dark room. The ice pack works wonders since tylenol doesn't do anything

Sounds like u might be slightly dehydrated that's what normally results in gi and headache issues try to increase your water intake now that it's hot and humid.  over the counter Zantac works miracles for heartburn that's what my doc prescribed

My dr recommend OTC zantec 75. It works fine for me. Try eating smaller portions of food more often during the day. Try to avoid eating before bed or lying down. Good luck.
