Hey there ladies I have a question would like it ti be in pounds please I was 63 kg and now im 86kg how much have I put on and has any one put that much on like me because I feel fat lol and im only 30 weeks

It's 51 lbs. Don't worry too much :) follow your Dr's advice,  eat healthy, get 30 minutes of low impact exercise...and let it go. Everyone is different, don't compare yourself to anyone!

My first pregnancy I put on a lot of weight like you don't feel bad.. this pregnancy I did good so far 7 months 12 pounds so far..
