Try to eat Nutrient dense foods
Fruits,veggies, nuts ,seeds etc.
When you get the nutrients you need your brain sends signal to stomach your good. By contrast if you eat white sugar, white flour, white rice, processed foods, your brain sends signal to stomach that it needs to stretch and you still feel hungry because you did not get required nutrients. Check out book called Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman
wish you all the best!

I'm 8 weeks and on my third time around and I am hungry all the time to, and nauseated.  I try to eat little meals all day and drink a ton of water.  I always carry food in my purse, like nuts or fruit.  And I track what I'm eating.  With my first I couldn't keep anything down.  The second I was nauseated all the time.  Thus tone I'm hungry and nauseated.  Every pregnancy is different and everyone's body is different.  Hope this helps.

Only an ultrasound can confirm if it's multiples.

Is it possible that they are multiples? My hcg was 1570 when I was 4weeks 3days pregnant.

With my first I was hungry all the time. When I was hungry in the middle of the night I would eat a couple pieces of string cheese. It could also be that you're not drinking enough water. At this point in the pregnancy you don't need any extra calories, but eat if your Hungry
