implantation bleeding

OK ladies. I was pregnant November to January and ended up having a miscarriage. I just found out I'm Kore than likely pregnant again. I am currently searching for a new Dr because I dislike the one I have. I started spotting Friday night and it was brown, no cramping. I would be week 4 tomorrow. Today its heavier bleeding and how red with some cramping. Like pre-period cramping. Is this normal for implantation bleeding or is this another possible miscarriage?

Mrsharper I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my first in January. It felt much different than this. Cramping stops when I lay down and bleeding had slowed waaaay down. I didn't get the drs number early enough so I'm calling first thing in the morning. Thank you for all the advice!

That's ridiculous your doctor should see you to check out why you are bleeding good thing you are looking for a new one till you get an appointment bed and pelvic rest drink plenty of fluids till the bleeding stops

Yeah it started brown with no cramps until today. I'm currently looking for a new Dr. My current one told me to lay down or go to er... I can't afford the er and have never heard of this before...my friends are all pregnant right now and their doctors see them.for anything. Its frustrating. Thanks for the help.

Implantation bleeding happens 4 to 7 days before your missed period it's usually just some spotting mostly brown in color and not every woman experiences it in pregnancy if it's heavy I would assume it's just your period coming or it could be breakthrough bleeding best thing to do is go get checked out blood work would determine if you are pregnant or not

My period comes the 15 of every month so I know it's not a period. No I didn't but last time it took 7 weeks to show up. It take approx 4 days after implantation to show on a test. I have breast tenderness, peeing a lot, bloating, food cravings...all signs of pregnancy. The only difference is I did not have implantation bleeding last time so I'm unsure what to expect. Which is why I'm asking advice. :-D
