implantation or period?ttc

Where to begin??? I am in my third month of trying after mc last august, my cycle since then have been 3 days shorter (29 day instead of 32 however I ovulate onc d18. So am worried about lpd.
This month I ovulated (tracked with opk and just started bbt to which I am confused as my temp dipped dramaticly on day of ov instead of spiked) 8dpo I had cramping rather bad, the kind that took your breath away, and pinching in my lower left pelvic area. I was sick and feeling sick, exhusted and yet couldn't sleep stuffy nose on waking, breasts very sore, this is still the case now.
So cd 28 dpo 10, and get a little red blood on wiping and a stringy pink/red/white clot late afternoon early evening (was gutted :'( ) put pad in underwear etc, on waking next morning. I was suprised to see hardly anything on pad, throughout day was only dark brown/black blood but mainly on wiping on pad was about the area of a 10p coin, in evening again red blood on wiping, next morning (day2) a little more on pad but nothing like my period again throughout day just brown dischargy blood on wiping but again a little blood in evening, again today barely a mark on pad when woke and hardly any brown all day, however just been to the loo and red on wiping.

I am confused to say the least. I am still really sick and being sick, no sleep have to wake to be sick when I do eventualy fall asleep, I have no appetite at all (usualy before I get my period I crave chocolate v.badly) my breasts are hard to touch and my nipples are darker but not as dark as they were before my mc. I have done a hpt well several all BFN but I would if I am pregnant only be13dpo so maybe to early to tell.

I just don't know what to think and I wonderd what anyone else thought or could advise or even if anyone is having or has had similar symptoms with good or bad (period) outcomes

To all of you that replied. THANK YOU. I am now taking the pregnicare vitamins and 40mg of vitamin b6 (making daily b6 intake 50mg as have read this can lengthen lp) I will discuss the cramping and bbt dip at ov with my gp, it was my first month charting bbt and temps were all over the place really, until then I had been charting opk and cm but since mc cm hasnt really been prominant so have got some pre-seed sperm friendly lubricant for bd time. Thank you so much for all of your comments very kind of you all. :-D

There are two concerns you might want to bring up with your doctor when you book the visit - your temperature dipping dramatically instead of rising during ovulation,  and cramps that take your breath away.

You shouldn't be having cramps like that mid-cycle - maybe little twinges here and there are normal but serious cramps like you're describing isn't typical.

UPDATE my bleed has now got heavier but still not as heavy as it should be on day 4 although I think it defo is period as my breasts aren't as sore anymore so no happy news for me this month, I am booking a gp appointment to discuss the possibility of having lpd andwhat I can do about it.

You should be getting a bfp, but everyone is different. It could of been you ovulated later and it could have been implantion bleeding , your symptoms sound like your pregnant, maybe try testing tomorrow morning with first response early result it's the most sensitive test. Make sure you take the test with first morning urine
