Giving a shout out to all my people with congenital B-vitamin deficiency anemia! My body purges most of its b-vits, without them I can't use iron. Just like you can't use calcium without Vit-D.
Yes! I found out at my 28 week appointment that mine was really low. I take Ferrous Sulfate 325mg (liquid) 2*day. I'm hoping that when they recheck it at 37 weeks its stored up enough because I'm planning in a water birth and everything has to be right in key for that to happen.
I have low iron levels. I take Fero-Folic 500.
I do. I take 2 iron pills a day.
