is anyone experiencing shortnes of breath.

Ho I'm 29 weeks and I'm short of breath all the time. I need to force myself and have rapid breath to endure enough O2. Is anyone else experienced this feeling? Is that normal?

Its normal, the bigger the baby gets the less room they have so they start pushing on things like your lungs. When your baby drops it should ease up, just take it easy!

I'm glad you asked that question. I get like that too. We were at Walmart Friday and I was short of breath and my heart was beating soooo fast. Once I relaxed in the car with the air flowing I started to feel better. It's definitely a weird feeling!

I too am short of breath most of the time! And I am only 9 weeks! I remember being short of breath last pregnancy but it was much much later.  Doctor said it is normal as everything is shifting and the baby is putting pressure on your diaphragm. He told me that my body remembers and knows what to do so things have already started shifting hence the shortness of breath! This too shall pass!

Yes it's normal because of the ectra weight and strain on your body. At least, that's what my doctor said. Take nore breaks and lie down if needed. (:
