To me morning sickness...or all day sickness...feels to me like motion sickness or a hangover.  Even if I throw up, I still feel just as horrible.  Other things help, but not throwing up.  Glad a walk and zofran helped, good to know!  I'm not sure we are ever over the hard stuff!  Always new challenges!

Throwing up didn't make the feeling any better for me.  I've found that ginger gum, sea bands, fresh ginger root in water, ginger snaps, licking limes, and sometimes salt, but be careful, salt makes you retain water.  My doctor even prescribed Ondansetron (Zofran) for me.  Helps once you start throwing up!  Good luck, different things work for different people!

I'm having terrible morning sickness all day. I vomit once a day and I'm almost always feeling nausea and hungry because its hard to eat right now because it makes me sick. They say its normal and told me to take vitamin b6 and trilasac. The decaf pepperment tea is helping the most

Of course. If yo I feel like that is beacuase something dint set right on your stomach. What I know it ok but just make sure u drink plenty of water. If the keep feeling like that for more then 3 days I will recomend seeing your doctor and asking for some meds. Take care and good luck.. ;)
