Eat potatoes like baked potatoes and drink yoohoo, they both have a lot more potassium than bananas. That's what I did with my last pregnancy when I would get them all theway from my calf through my toes and it did wonders with them.
Thank you everyone I will try all of your advice ;) I can't wait to get some relieve ;)
Take some potassium it will work like a miracle that's what's in bananas I use to not be able to get out of bed because my leg cramped up so freaking bad felt like I was in a car accident while sleep
I started taking calcium supplements and I rarely get leg cramps anymore. They used to wake me up every night they were so bad.
I started to get th around week 30. I was put magnesium and that has helped me!
I was told spinach helps too. I had them for a while and stretching my legs before bed helps me. And sleeping with a prego body pillow
Try having a banana before going to bed every night. It works like a charm for me.
I was told by my doc to take calcium tablets. I took one a day and it helped tremendously! I just started getting the leg cramps again in my 3rd pregnancy I'm 20 weeks and I'm gonna start taking them again.
