I put the arch of my foot on something cold. I keep our glass water change bottle next to the bed. Instant relief. I've done this will all of my pregnancies. And eat bananas.

I was eating a banana every morning and still got them. Didn't make a difference. I just get them once in a while. I just not to stretch my toes down, but when you're half a sleep it can just happen.

Rub vicks vapour rub into them just before bedtime and this will relieve the pain.

When i get them I flex my feet up pulling them back as far as I can. It doesn't make it stop, but it helps with the pain a little. Sometimes if I do it right as they start it seems to make the cramp shorter.

Try propping your legs on a few pillows. Usually when I do that it dulls the pain enough to allow me to fall asleep.
