leg cramps

Hi, ladies,

Do you experience leg cramps? I have bad cramps at night and I wake up in a terrible pain. I've been taking magnesium and B6 vitamins for a while now,it doesn't seem to work. How do you manage with these cramps? Thanks!

Electrolytes help with cramps. I'll drink smartwater then I won't get them again for a while.

Strectch before bedtime and increase potassium (bananas & Orange juice are a good source) and water intake...I suffered from terrible night leg cramps in my right leg hat left me in tears in the first trimester the cramps went away in the 2nd trimester and have come back in both legs now that I just entered the third trimester I havent been drinking enough water and have been doing more jogging and walking and the weather is starting to get hot so that may be the problem. During a cramp stretch you legs by flexing your toes towards your head not pointing outwards that stops my cramp immediately
