Stretch ur legs regularly, drinks lots of water and bananas.... if any pain or swelling with it could be clots so watch if more than Charlie horses
Try some lemon in your drink, add some more salt to ur diet, eat bananas and keep hydrated. Magnesium is good to but check with someone to make sure you take the right dose. :-) I hope you can get on top of it soon. :-)
Its been going on since this morning but I drink a lot of water..is legs normal since in 28 weeks?
When I feel a leg cramp coming I point my foot down and it stops it or makes it less painful. Hope that helps
Try just staying hydrated and eat bananas (muscle cramps can be caused by dehydration and low potassium).
