leg cramps!!

what have your doctor said to do for terrible leg cramps? (6 months -24 weeks)

Potassium and lots of water and stretching through it like Sass508 said really really helps a lot. Keeps it from getting too sore and make the pain go away quicker.

As soon as it happens flexible your foot. (Pull your toes upwards towards the knee). You should get instant relief

What I was trying to say before my crazy phone acted up,  its safe and I been taking it for over a month,  because my legs hurt and stung at night, because of restless leg syndrome and pains from bigger baby weighing me down,  look it up f
