Honestly, I'm more healthy now than before the pregnancy. I've stayed in the normal range of weight gain and developed better habits. I plan to breastfeed and keep walking and eating well to lose the weight. Also I hear you don't have as much time to eat, so I think it will just happen. I was trying to lose weight before the pregnancy with paleo.
Imneating clean and doing p90x. It worked really well after my last two babies:-)
Keep me updated on how it works, see if maybe I'll give it try.
Don't know never tried them but I definitely have mine packed in my hospital bag and can't wait to try them! I've used wraps before and other binding things and I've always liked them and felt they held me together after I had my first daughter I felt like my belly was going to fall on the floor so I want to feel held together!
@mommybrandy does shrinkx really work?
@geekmom1213 definitely not Going to overdue it.
@Estrella Ruiz what's your favorite juice recipe? I'm going to have to try it? How long do u do it for?
I breastfed my son and drank lots of water. When I was fully healed and feeling up to it I wrapped him into a baby carrier and went for nice long walks. Lost the baby weight without drastic measures but it took some time. Slow and easy does it - your body needs a chance to recuperate and it needs calories and protein to heal. So don't try to change things too quickly after giving birth. You don't need to be model-perfect a month postpartum... that's dangerous to your body.
I got my shrinkx belly band and hip band and I'm going to start my diet in the hospital! Also 2 wks after my doc cleared me to take my phetermine pills and I will be doing arm workouts and walking as much as I can till my 6 wk appt and then I will be running and doing zumba! I'll be on a mission!
