loss at 31 weeks.

Has anyone ever been through a still birth at 31 weeks due to Partial Placental abruption? I lost my first at 31 weeks, Due to placental abruption and found out I was positive for the lupus anticoagulant test and now I am on lovenox for my second pregnancy because I am more prone to blood clots. Anyone else been through something similar?
