And doc says i have low amniotic fluid
Can u plz tell me what should I do...I had 2 mc history it's my 3rd pregnancy.

I asked her she says I am internally week so she suggested me to complete bed rest...and what kind of weather is Gud for me when I am week and having problem in early weeks

you should be asking your dr this question.  They will be more helpful.

I don't think drinking water will help building up the amniotic fluid.  It depends if you are living in a super hot place.  I only drink between 4 to 8 glasses of water a day and my dr said not to force it.

U can develop more fluid all the way til like ur 34 week of pregnancy. . But u have to drink lots n lots of fluid. N keep hydrated. Even when ur not tirsty.
