As long as it stays low you'll be fine. Your body is working extra hard to produce everything you and baby need so that could explain the heat rise. I wouldn't be surprised if you feel extra hot for a while. I used to wear two sweaters and a cost when I went outside (its winter in canada) and then when I got pregnant I couldn't even do one sweater up with my cost because I was always so warm.
My body temp elevated a little in the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy. You don't want to let your temp go over 101 because it can be harmful. You can safely take acetaminophen (tylenol) to lower it.
